[MCPE-11194] |MCPE 0.12.3 Alpha| Wolf dieing when stranding on carpet!

When playing dogs/wolfes on a carpet (any colour) it will get hurt. This bug is on MCPE 0.12.3 Alpha. Regards, Vincent

Thanks Vincent. Please add any additional info on ticket MCPE-10300. This is a specific case of a more general bug that 1 block tall mobs suffocate in partial blocks.
