Bees do not spawn in world, even with bee's nests having air blocks available to them. Occurs with any seed (tested on "Winding River" seed picker as that is known to have a bee's nest and bees in the flower forest near spawn). Bees can be spawned using a spawn egg in Creative, but do not spawn in survival worlds.
Ensured that weather was not raining and time of day was not night to test to see if those were reasons for the bees not spawning.
Issue has been resolved after uninstall and reinstall of minecraft
