Whenever we are playing in split-screen on our realm, player two is always named 'Steve' and connected via LAN rather than having our Microsoft account details. This means that player 2 can't access their purchased skin items or custom skins, and cannot be given moderator privileges. On a normal multiplayer world it shows their name as it should be, but player two still does not have access to their skins or purchased cosmetic items. This issue has been happening SINCE THE BEES UPDATE.
My first report of this issue was put down to 'a temporary service outage' and I was told to wait it out and try again. THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR NEARLY A YEAR. There's no way it can be a connectivity issue, especially not when many other users are having the same issue

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
