Lead on goats float over them.

When you put a lead on a goat, the lead floats in mid-air, over the goat. I'm guessing that it just sets itself to the top of the hitbox, when it really should just be in the middle of the hitbox. (if this isn't a bug, and just how the lead looks, well, it looks wonky)
