[MCPE-11269] GUI Bug( in Japanese)

There is a bug of GUI size in Japanese. GUI size of ver0.13.0 betais a bit smaller that 0.12.x or before.

Yes, sometimes it happens. I'm not sure why it happens.
But actually, it'll be solved in 0.14.0 beta.
