[MCPE-1127] Very noisy voices

Very bad dirt and sands mining,walking sounds because these sounds are very noisy and bad the pc's sand and dirt sounds is very nice

Whether or not it should change, this issue tracker is only being used for bugs... sorry!

For what it's worth, though, I more or less agree with this, personally. I'll see if I can poke somebody about it when the time is right.
