Entities disappearing

My friends and I have a realm on bedrock edition we have had for a few years and recently entities have started disappearing for no reason.

One of my friends had about 5 pets (all with name tags) and they all just slowly one by one disappeared.

I have had a plan to get 1 of every animal possible and i was getting close untill recently when counting all my replacements and variations over 20 animals (all name tagged).

I also have and iron were my villagers are disappearing.

And im currently building a farm that requires a minecart hopper and it has disappeared 3 time all of which i placed it walked away (i was the only one on the realm so not someone trolling me) and it was gone when i got back.
