Jukebox doesn't give a block update when playing a disc

When a jukebox plays a disc or stops playing the disc, a state change happens and the jukebox emits a redstone signal. However, that change doesn't give a block update, therefore can't be detected by a BUD (such as a burnt out torch, floating sign, observer, etc...).
