The menu screen in minecraft bedrock is apparently invisible and none of the functions are accessible

This should be fixed in 1.16.201 Hotfix. Are you sure this is happening in 1.16.201 Hotfix?

One time I downloaded a texture pack and it warped the menu screen so I couldn’t get to  any of the buttons. Do you have any texture packs installed? If so, try deleting or moving them from your Minecraft, using the file explorer.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
