The nether portal emits more particles in 0.13.1 compared to the particles they used to emit in 0.12.3.My device is a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 GT-N7100. Is this a bug or is this an intended feature?

This works as intended. Comparing this to portals in 0.12.3 didn't emit nearly enough particles. Now portals emit just as many particles as they do in PC.
