whenever i attempt to connect to any server it says unable to connect it displays everything like ping screenshots etc but no matter what im not able to connect to any servers

I'm having a similar issue, and I'm also not able to access the marketplace. I have taken all the troubleshooting measures I can think of to ensure my console is working properly and connected to working internet, so I'm stumped as to what the problem could be.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
