Sometimes, the item that you are holding does not show in your hand!
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get an item
2. Put it in your hand
3. It sometimes will not appear
Expected Results:
The item will show in your hand
Observed Results:
The item does not show in your hand, it just shows your fist

We're actually already tracking this issue at MCPE-69865, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.
