You can quickly climb water if it is one block diagonally South West of you.
You can recreate this by building a vertical tube with water running down the middle. You can then climb the outside of the tube as if you are quickly swimming up the water. As I said this only works from the North East side facing South West. Mobs can also climb the stream if pushed into the corner.

This bug has already been reported! Please go here -> (MCPE-47) and make sure to do a quick search for your bug before just writing a duplicate ticket. Currently 48% of resolved tickets have been duplicates!

I searched for this bug multiple times over 3 days and couldn't find anything. I googled it and used the search on this site. I hadn't seen a single person talk about it so I figured I would report it. I guess they just used different different wording. I was looking for a bug with water and that report is labeled as swimming through air. I feel the name of that bug may not accurately describe the bug. Perhaps the name could be altered in a way that is easier to find in search results. Just a suggestion.
