Head going through blocks

For an inexplicable reason at times my character is capable of putting its head through any block that doesn't have any block underneath it. It has happened multiple times and stopped multiple times, and I am unable to find a rhyme or reason behind it's starting and stopping. My used resource packs are Natural Texture pack, Dark Mode (file below), and Bedrocktweaks for snow sides and no pumpkin overlay (file is also below). As you can see I did capture the bug stopping during the clip although I don't know why it did.
