Hello,
Minecraft will not open. It shows the initial Nintendo screen; however, will then show a black screen for minutes upon minutes. It then will eventually crash or I have to force close the Minecraft software which then states "software was closed because an error occurred" it does not produce am error code.
I have tried checking for corrupt data, deleted software then re-download. I have also checked for updates in the console and the controllers. I have tried every troubleshooting option that there appears to be. Nothing has seemed to work.
