I discovered this while End Busting. When a Shulker hit me with Levitate, I would go up as usual, but on countless occasions my head cam would clip into the blocks so instead of still being able to see what's around me, I can only see that block my head cam is clipping into.
I thought perhaps it was a bug regarding Shulkers, however I'm experiencing this in the Nether as well. I'm in a 2 high by 1 wide space, I jump up and the same issue occurs. I've also noticed that while the block instantly disappears, I'm able to place a block above me while standing in a 2 high by 1 wide space and that has the same visual effect as if my head is in the block.
