Getting a massive amount of tick and block lag on my realm, to the point that it’s unplayable. I’ve downloaded the world onto my PC and played it with 0 lag issues, and am using a wired 1 gig/sec internet connection, so it seems like it isn’t a hardware or connection issue. I’ve also played it on both my Xbox and PC and experienced the same amount of lag.
