[MCPE-113986] error in downloads

Buy two add-ons (worlds) for Minecraft on Playstation 4 after the download process in the next step which is the import does not finish it and marks error.

I tried it with more free downloads but the same thing happens.

in general I cannot install any plugins in the game.

I am having the same issue but I can't access my marketplace to take screenshots to send in.
