Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).

I'm having the same issue on the latest version (v1.16.201). I think it may have something to do with AMD Radeon RX 500 Series graphics cards, as in the video I noticed you're using an RX 580. I'm using an RX 570 and getting the same issue.
