Piglins do not avoid Soul items/blocks when aggravated

Piglins are not afraid from Soul Torches, Lanterns, Campfires or Soulfire if they are attacking a player or mob. I'm almost sure that this is unintended, since they always avoid Zombified Piglins, even when aggravated. This issue causes Soul items to be near useless against Piglins.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a closed space with an entrance gaurded by Soul Torches/Lanterns/etc.

2. Aggravate a Piglin standing outside then seek shelter within the closed area.

Expected Results: The Piglins should be too afraid to follow you inside and across the Soul items.

Actual Results: The Piglins come in and attack you regardless.
