My texture pack is not working at all. It is a custom texture pack I downloaded off a trusted site and the texture pack is not working at all. It stays the default texture and not the new one. So I decided to log into the world on a phone and the textures worked perfectly on that but just not on my computer. I deleted and reinstalled the game but still, nothing works. And also I tried another shader texture pack and still nothing. I really would appreciate if someone could help me so I can continue with a huge project I am working on and releasing it as a server to the public. I have uploaded pictures of how the pack is on and still normal minecraft textures on there. Please help me. Thank you.

Since this is a custom shader pack, you need to ask author that created it for help. According to quick google search TSPE Shader pack is compatible with android and ios, so it likely wasn't designed for Windows 10 version, which currently uses different rendering engine.

Does Render Dragon support community shaders?
Currently, Render Dragon does not support 3rd party community shaders. Any community shaders previously used on Minecraft for Windows 10 may not run on a Render Dragon version of the game.
