When I try and join my friend's minecraft world (not a realm), I am stuck in the 'Generating World' and 'Locating server' screen. I have tried many times to join but am unable to join the world. Underneath i have uploaded a picture of what it shows when I try and join the world (not a screen shot). Please may you fix this. Thanks.

We're actually already tracking this issue at MCPE-90372, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.
If you could upload a copy of the world that would be helpful. Since the world is larger than 10MB you will need to upload the world to OneDrive or a similar file sharing site, and then share the link in a comment at MCPE-90372.
If you haven't already, you might like to make use of the search feature to see if the issue has already been mentioned.
