[MCPE-11493] Redstone Dust Paths Going Through Blocks.

The redstone path was going through blocks, I only tried with wood and glass, but as you can see the lamp is still getting powered.

I am using the LETV Le 1 Pro in the v0.13.0 alpha build 3

Redstone shouldn't get cut off by transparent blocks at all. I can't confirm this bug at all.
