Redstone dust appears to go in all 4 directions even when it's only one piece. It should be just a dot of redstone that can power all 4 sides of it when powered from above or underneath

I think this is intended on purpose

No it should be how it is in console and pc versions because they have to use the same redstone logic to get it to work with more complicated contraptions. Please help spread awareness of this glitch it's gone 5 builds unnoticed

Oh thank goodness that you guys have caught that one. Sorry I didn't summarize it well. This bug gets to me the most because redstone is my favorite minecraft feature
