[MCPE-115070] Settings will not allow multiplayer to work

I have a world that I have had friends on that now won’t allow others to join. I looked at my settings and they are set as multiplayer. My security settings are correct to allow cross play, etc.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
