Strange bug that puts objects in the air

In the attached images, you can see that objects just float in the air around my world.

I can’t break or pick any of them up.

Most of them are stretched and in my offhand, there is meant to be a totem of undying but there are arrows as well.

Does the issue still occur if you disable your resource pack?

When I restarted my game it seemed to be fine so I’m not sure
