Skulk sensors and powdered snow have very mixed up sounds . When picking up powdered snow, it makes the sound of a skulk sensor powering on. Skulk sensors, when powered on, make the sound they should make when powered off, and when powered off, make the sound powdered snow should make when picked up. I've attached a video showing this to give you a better idea of the bug, although it is a bit quiet so you might want to turn the volume up to hear better.
