I'm going to submit a bug every time the game crashes and I have to wait for it to reboot and reload the game on my console. I want you to be as annoyed by this as I am. This is effecting friends that have a switch as well. I don't have this issue when playing on my iphone. This is an ongoing issue and I really hope there is a resolution date.
When are you resolving the game crashing on the Nintendo switch? I’m really tired of it taking up to 20 minutes sometimes just to get the game to work. Then when I am on the game freezes and crashes. Forcing me to reboot the game and sometimes the console. It’s happening to two others I know and I have read that you’re aware of the issue. It’s been going on for at least a month now and it really makes the game annoying to play. Sometimes to the point of my not wanting to play anymore. It randomly does it. Sometimes it will do it if I set the switch down for a few minutes and come back to play sometimes it just randomly does it. Sometimes it does it and after I close out the game and try to come back in, it won’t let me and crashes more. The realm myself and a couple of friends share has gotten to the point that we are about to close down our realm. We don’t want to pay for something that is more stressful than relaxing. Go ahead and apologize for the problem but that’s not fixing it. I’m sure there are a lot of users who are pissed off and it’s ruining their game experience too. When will this be fixed? I’m copying and pasting this every time my game crashes so you know how often and how annoying this is. Attached are the two screens I see more often than not. What’s the deadline? I don’t want apologies, I want something I’m paying for to work.

What is an estimated time of resolution? You think it's annoying if someone reports something more than once, imagine how annoying it is to take 15 minutes just to get the game to work without crashing. This has been going on for well over a month and honestly is ruining the game for myself and others. If submitting a bug report every time it crashes helps you understand how annoying it is then maybe that will help you understand what it's like to be an end user of a update that you clearly didn't test more than a couple of times to realize this would happen to your users. If you had you would have realized it the first time you tested it on the switch.
