[MCPE-115388] SetBlock and SetBlockAtPos don't work with custom block states

In the most recent beta it was commented that a bug was fixed, 'SetBlock' and 'SetBlockAtPos' events now support custom block states, however this bug is still present in this beta, events and commands do not support custom block states
