The music such as swiss does not play in the background, and noteblocks, and jukeboxes do not seem to work

We're actually already tracking this issue at MCPE-41651, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.
As mentioned in that ticket, you will need to download the free music pack from the Marketplace to hear music.
