[MCPE-1155] Saving local copy of networked world is inaccurate

Modifications to world did not copy over correctly. Original worlds created on iPad Mini and iPhone5. Appears original features of the world overwrite constructed features.

Most of the time, saved multiplayer worlds cut off 1 chunk along every edge. One time the world I saved was completely gone though, as if I just created a world with the same seed'.

Im ha ving Android land then it bever happens, but on my ipad 2 its the same problem
