[MCPE-115506] Sculk sensor texture doesn't match Java

The skulk sencor's texture doesnt match java and the moving "vibration sensors" move the same way but on java they don't

Steps to Reproduce:

Observed Results:
The texture on java seems more "resently made" and the moving "sensors" move a diferent way

Expected Results:
The skulk sensor should look the same on both platforms
