Anytime I walk outside in Minecraft Pocket Edition, and when its raining its very laggy.
I didnt expect or to be laggy.
I thought that it would stop raining or that it wouldn't be so laggy after a ah ah

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. Make it rain.
3. Reduce Lag when rains.
