[MCPE-1159] Iron pick has same strength as stone when breaking stone.

I was mining one day, and I made myself an iron pickaxe. When I mined stone, it took the same amount of time as a stone pickaxe.I expected it to take less amount of time.

(UPDATE) I believe this is not a problem.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
