When Bedrock Ray tracing option is turned on, all animated skins/cosmetics stop their animations.
Steps to Reproduce:
[Step 1] Wear any animated cosmetic in character creator.
[Step 2] Turn on "ray tracing" in video settings
[Step 3] The animated cosmetic stops animating for the player.
Observed Results:
Animated skins/cosmetics stop their animations when using ray tracing
Expected Results:
The animation shouldn't stop when ray tracing is on.
