Hi! My daughter has a problem with her mincraft game. She had a lot of coins, but no they are all gone. She has not spent them on anything they are just gone. How can we figure out what happend? I have wrote to support but they asked me to contact you. I'm so sad this happens it's no the first time. They have saved up they're own money to by coins in the game, but they are gone before they was abel to shop anything. This is not right. Can you please help?

You might want to check and make sure you have a Microsoft account when buying minecoins (coins). If you donβt have a Microsoft account, anything you do that has to do with payment in the app will not save and you can easily lose everything you bought.Β
