[MCPE-116307] When minimizing the window, you fly out of the multiplayer

Multiplayer sessions with friends can't minimize the Minecraft window because when you're a guest you just fly out and when you're the host you're all players fly out.

If you are host and minimized can no longer join the world until reload the world. The guests will always receive a message: "Unable to connect to world"

Minimizing worked on 1.16.100 on Windows 10
