[MCPE-116347] Problems with de spawning items and water in farms

Tilled dirt does not appear to “absorb” water, and fully cut trees do not de spawn their leaves, I’m sure there may be other things, but these are the most noticeable as my farm will not grow regardless of light conditions because of this, sugar cane also seems to be affected
