Leaves won’t decay and farmland won’t absorb water

Leaves on trees will not de spawn after tree is fully cut down, and farms are not producing crops because water will not absorb into blocks that are tilled, sugar cane also seems to be affected. It as if I am spectating a chunk that I am not in, when I have sat AFK in front of said area for extended amounts of times. This only became an issue after the last update inside beta, and is affecting our woodland mansion build/take over
