[MCPE-117058] In minecraft for Windows 10 i do not have the option to see cross platform at all

While in the game, I have no access to the cross-platform features.

Did you make sure that both devices are logged in to a valid Xbox account?

I am on PC trying to connect to PS4 but my Windows version does not even bring up the option to cross-play. What constitutes a valid Xbox account
