[MCPE-11710] Milking cows

Milk a cow get one bucket of milk. Try to milk again, and forced to drink milk/wont allow 2nd milk into inventory

I had 2 buckets in my inventory. I held a bucket to milk the cow. I got milk. I switched to the next empty bucket, milked again and was forced to drink the milk. I will try again
