I found this bug when I used a splash potion of Night vision and the potion effect time is 6 minutes and I got the effect only for 3:55 minutes the screenshot was not delayed I took the screenshot immediately here is the screenshot.

This isnt a bug. It is supposed to do this. To get the full effect, throw the potion in the air and have it hit the top of your head
