[MCPE-1176] Mobs can hit player through doors.

I was standing in my shelter, and was attacked by a zombie through the door. I couldn't hit the zombie, but the zombie kept hitting me.

Mobs can hit you through doors if you have placed the door from the inside of the shelter. If you place the door from the outside you can hit mobs through the top block of the door.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
