Pistons do not pull blocks in y level-2

Pistons do not pull blocks on the y layer of 2 in superflats, will be pretty annoying if youre trying to build piston doors from below.

Steps to reproduce:

Put a sticky piston on y layer 2 (would recommend superflat)

Put a block ontop of the piston

Extend it

Retract it

Observed result:

The block wouldnt retract with the piston

Expected result:

The block would retract with the piston

And no, this isnt a dating issue its probably just an error with the "pistons dont extend into the void anymore" hotfix.
