Opening Minecraft on Android 11 is really annoying, because it is opening around 9 minutes. On Android 10, or 9, it was around 30 seconds. I think it is because of Android 11 is using sdk 30 instead of 29

I think this has something to do with android 11 scoped storage.
My brother has 36 worlds so minecraft takes a few minutes to open for him, I have much less (12 worlds) on my phone so it opens faster (less than a minute). We both run android 11.
Maybe consider moving some of your worlds out of minecraftWorlds folder and see if things improve.

OK. I will try it.

After reducing worlds from 126 to 1, it is better, but still slower than android 10 with 126 worlds.

Confirmed based on times shown in attached video.

Maybe try to reduce the amount of packs (resource and behavior) you have in the game folders too?
I know this isn't a practical solution, but a temporary workaround until proper support for android 11 gets implemented.

I have only basic music pack

This is a developer article on storage in Android 11, for reference. https://developer.android.com/about/versions/11/privacy/storage

This should be prioritised for an eventual fix or user-side workaround as more people will receive/use devices with the Android 11 update in the coming months/years.

Hey people looking at this thread!
I found the cause of the issue on android 11 Samsung devices. I recently found out through pure luck that its actually game booster causing this issue, at least for me.
I fixed it by launching the game, going to notification center, clicking on Game Optimizer, disabling Priority Mode and thermal control, then reinstalling the game. Turning it back on after breaks the game again, so I advise just to keep it off.

I was able to fix this issue on my Galaxy tab A7 with the android 11 update yesterday, with the help of an app from the playstore: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=tools.app.systemrepair

I hope this issue gets fixed. The gameplay performance is partly affected. For example, for me when I was in android 10, I get 60 fps smoothly with 12 chunks with shaders, vanilla textures. But now with android 11, it has about 15-30 fps on 8 chunks, also with shaders, And as bonus, I removed beautiful skies and installed a 16x16 pack. Really problematic as it hinders the Minecraft experience. I'm not saying it's unplayable tho, but it's really bothersome.

Same on Xbox one X.

For me this happens when you have too many packs or worlds.to fix it, sadly you have delete all your packs and worlds. To do it, go to a file manager and click on games and then delete the com.mojang folder. It will delete all your current worlds and packs but it will not do any other things to minecraft and will not delete your xbox live or servers.
Do this only if you want because it will delete all worlds and packs.
Before it took 10 minutes and after doing it, it takes 5 seconds
This does also help to boost your fps and makes the game quicker

Maybe fixed with today's 1.18.0.21 beta, but I don't want to use beta, so I can't try.

Regards to this bug, it is now fixed in 1.18.0.21.
I have tried it, loading is very fast like usual. Noticeable change tho, the directory of Minecraft is now located at android/data/com.mojang.minecraftpe/files/games/com.mojang instead of the usual outside directory games/com.mojang.

Mine takes 10 min to load it is annoying so i hope it gets fix

Should be fixed in 1.18 because they moved game files from games/mojang to android/data.

Fixed with 1.18
