[MCPE-117871] Texture packs won't export to my iPad which is associated with the account I bought the texture pack with

I bought a texture pack and it won't export it to my other account on my iPad which means I can only use the texture pack in my PS4

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
