If you put the right fuel (Coal in this case) and the item to smelt (Raw Fish in this case) in a furnace, nothing happens and the furnace stays as is. This affects worlds made before 0.13.0 and after 0.13.0.

I can confirm this bug on Windows 10 0.13: If you open Furnace, then shift-click something (ie. wood planks, iron ore or whatever) to transfer the whole stack to the Furnace, the stack seems to be transferred (they appear in the Furnace slots) but the game doesn't register this - and so it doesn't start the furnace process. Worse still: If you close the Furnace the items are lost! I've lost lots of material this way.
Note: If you click and move the stack manually (instead of shift-clicking), the Furnace works fine.
This problem didn't exist pre-0.13.

I can't smelt anything. It doesn't work for me shift clicking or not. Are you using W10 edition to reproduce?
I can't reproduce this issue. Does it only happen with fish for you? I can smelt everything.
