For pickaxes in custom items, there is no way to harvest them with custom pickaxes, even if it increases the efficiency of on _ dig for respawn_anchor and crying_obsidian.

Is this still an issue in the latest version (1.17.2)? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
