Whenever I try to join a server, featured or external, it shows a pop-up unable to join to world, even though my Wi-Fi is working just fine. I cant play on any server, and dont know how to solve it.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
