I put this as a bug because on Java Edition they were fixed in 20w18a snapshot but not on Bedrock Edition oddly. I'll put some screenshots to show the issues that need to be fixed.
The Redstone clings to the Target Block so that should power the Redstones Repeaters right??? It is not logical... So you should fix that.
The Observers block allows to detect when there is a change of state just in front of the face of the block, no? With rails this is not the case so there is clearly a problem.
For the third thing, it's a little more complicated to explain, but since the current is rising on the block, that should feed the barrier, right? However this is not the case but if we do it the other way around it works strangely.
Most of the issues are related to Redstone steering issues and I hope you will fix them. Thank!
